We have prepared this FAQ to try and help you come to a decision about whether you would like a bad credit mobile phone contract or not.

How long between making the application and getting my phone?

We pride ourselves on the fact that our staff are able to provide you with a phone within 24 hours of you having signed the contract.

What handsets are available?

A range of handsets are available from a number of well-respected mobile phone companies including Sony, Apple, Samsung, and HTC. Bear in mind, these phones are not the new models, but more often than not, not more than a year old in terms of technology.

What happens if my application is rejected?

We will not lie to you here, applications do get rejected. Should yours fall into this category, one of our consultants will discuss the reasons for it being rejected and try to see if we can come up with a solution. We do everything in our power to get you that mobile phone you have always wanted.

Do I need to make a deposit?

We ask for a small deposit amounting to 10% of the total contract. This is standard practice with all bad credit mobile phone service providers and only used as a security measure to protect both our company and that of our suppliers.

What networks do you make use of?

We make use of a range of networks giving you a greater choice to help you make your decision and get not only the right mobile phone but the right package as well.

Do you offer second hand or refurbished phones at a lower price?

Yes we do. These are generally around 15 to 20% cheaper than our other contracts.

How long do contracts run for?

Bad credit mobile phone contracts run for 24 months.
